Identity verification
KYC that checks more than the document.
A document check that passes in isolation can still belong to someone who already holds accounts under other names. Verification on PropXO closes that gap.
The verification flow itself is unremarkable by design: the trader is prompted inside your dashboard, Veriff or SumSub handles documents and identity checks under your brand, and the result posts back to the account automatically. Nobody on your team approves passports over a shared inbox, and traders are never blocked waiting for a person in a different timezone.
The interesting part happens after the pass. Every verified identity is compared against the identities already in your system — the same document set behind a different email address, a device fingerprint that has appeared on other accounts, IP overlap that suggests one person operating several evaluations. Standalone KYC tools verify a person. Connected to your account base, verification becomes a multi-accounting tripwire — and one of the primary signal sources for the risk engine.

Provisioning
From order to live account, untouched.
Account creation is where manual ops hurts most: it sits directly between a customer paying you and a customer trading. PropXO removes the gap entirely.
When a challenge is purchased, the platform provisions the trading account on the platform the customer chose, applies the exact configuration of the variant they bought — targets, drawdown type, minimum trading days, consistency rules — and delivers credentials through your branded emails. The account is live in the trader dashboard on your domain before a support ticket could have been opened.
Configuration is locked at checkout. Challenge products change — you will tune targets, retire variants, test new structures in the challenge builder — but a trader's account keeps the rules that existed when they paid. That single property removes an entire category of dispute.
Provisioned on purchase
When the order completes, the account is created on the trading platform automatically — sized, configured, and attached to the right challenge phase. Nobody on your team logs into a broker console at midnight.

Issued when a payout completes. This is the certificate traders actually screenshot and post, and every share is marketing your firm did not have to buy.
Certificates are a small feature with an outsized job: they are the shareable proof of your traders' progress, and traders share them voluntarily. Because they render from the same branding system as the trader dashboard, they stay consistent with your identity even as you change products and terminology.
Payout validation
Payouts that approve themselves — inside the rules.
A payout request is a claim against your rules, and the engine treats it that way. Every check runs before money moves.
When a trader requests a withdrawal, the engine validates the request against the configuration of that specific account: profit split, minimum trading days, consistency rules, verification status, and any open investigations. You set the auto-approve thresholds. A request that clears every check and sits inside them is paid without a human touching it, with funds moving through Rise for fiat and crypto alike.
A request outside your thresholds — or carrying any flag — is neither paid nor rejected. It lands in the back-office queue with each check and its result attached, so review starts from evidence instead of a blank screen. Approval history, like every manual action on the platform, is written to the audit trail.

What we deliberately don't automate.
Automation earns trust by knowing its limits. These decisions stay with your team — the system's job is to prepare them, not make them.
Flagged payouts
A payout request on an account with an open abuse alert is held, not paid and not silently rejected. The reviewer sees the request, the alert, and the trading behavior behind it in one view.
Disputes and edge cases
When a trader contests a breach or a rule reads two ways, the reviewer starts from full context: orders, notes, verification history, IP logs, and the exact rule configuration the account bought.
This is a design position, not a limitation. A prop firm's hardest moments — an accusation of multi-accounting, a contested breach, a large payout on a suspicious account — are exactly the moments where an automated verdict would be indefensible. The risk engine surfaces the pattern; a person owns the decision; the audit trail records both.
