Platform
Prop firm software for everything between purchase and payout.
The PropXO platform is the full operating stack for a prop firm: every module between a customer buying a challenge and a funded trader receiving a payout. Challenge design, real-time risk enforcement, KYC and payout automation, trader dashboards, CRM, analytics, and integrations run as one system — white-labeled under your brand.

The stack
One system from checkout to withdrawal.
Prop firm software has to do several jobs at once: define the challenges you sell, enforce their rules while markets are open, verify who your customers are, show traders exactly where they stand, give your team a back office, report the figures you steer by, and stay connected to the trading platforms and payment rails underneath. Most operators end up buying those jobs from different vendors and wiring them together. PropXO ships them as modules of one platform.
The reason this matters is state. A purchase creates an account. Every trade on that account updates drawdown. A breach changes status. A passed phase triggers a certificate and a new funded account. A payout request has to be checked against the same rules that governed the trading. When those steps live in separate systems, every handoff becomes another brittle data transfer — and another place where money leaks. On PropXO, each step is a state transition inside one system, so the risk engine, the back office, and payout validation always agree on what is true.
Two things the platform deliberately does not do. It does not automate judgment: abuse alerts feed an investigation queue with manual overrides and an audit trail, because a false-positive ban costs you a legitimate trader. And it does not promise instant launches: standing up a firm is real configuration work, measured in weeks, with the actual timeline scoped on a call rather than in a headline.
If you are launching from scratch, start with the modules below. If you already run a firm on another provider, the platform is also the destination for a structured migration — traders, balances, in-flight challenges, and history move with you. Selected funded-betting teams can also discuss the Sports Betting Engine privately as a secondary product.

Platforms & providers behind the stack
Operator lifecycle
What actually happens, from sale to payout.
The full loop a prop firm runs on every trader — and which part of the platform carries each step.
- 01
Storefront
Sell the challenge
A customer buys on your WooCommerce or API-connected storefront and pays by card, PayPal, or crypto. The platform verifies identity, creates the trading account, and delivers credentials — no manual provisioning.
- 02
Risk engine
Enforce the rules
Every position is checked against the rules the trader bought: targets, drawdown, consistency, news windows. Breaches update account state immediately; suspicious patterns go to an investigation queue, not a silent ban.
- 03
Lifecycle
Fund the trader
A passed phase issues a branded certificate and provisions the next account automatically. Traders mid-challenge stay locked to the rules they purchased, even while you ship new challenge variants.
- 04
Settlement
Pay out
Payout requests are validated against the same rule set that governed the trading, auto-approved within thresholds you define, and paid in fiat or crypto through Rise — with every decision on the audit trail.
Why one platform
Stitched stacks fail at the seams.
Most operational failures in prop firms are not strategy mistakes. They are two systems disagreeing about the truth — and the trader finding out first.
State drift
When the risk engine reads one database and payouts read another, they eventually disagree — a trader passes on one screen and breaches on another. Here, every module reads a single account state, so the dashboard, the back office, and payout validation cannot tell different stories.
Rule-change blast radius
Tighten a drawdown rule for new sales on a stitched stack and you risk applying it to traders mid-challenge — the fastest way to a refund storm. The challenge builder locks existing participants to the rules they bought; new variants run concurrently beside old ones.
Support without context
A payout dispute drags when orders, KYC, trading history, and IP logs live in separate tools. The CRM keeps the full customer record in one place, and every manual action — suspend, refund, extend, approve — lands on an audit trail.
Verticals
The same stack, wherever your traders trade.
Forex, futures, crypto, and sports betting share one risk engine, one back office, and one operator console — each with the market data and rules its vertical actually needs. Already live elsewhere? Migration is the fifth door in.
